Includes business analysis, a financial model, complete documentation of the agreed internal processes and employee plans. Discovery is free; implementation is quoted separately. All fees are shown excluding applicable VAT; provider costs separate.

Licences, hosting and AI usage are not included in our fees. We estimate these expenses and agree who contracts the providers before starting.

  1. Financial model

    Starting P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. Profit and cash projections with explicit scenarios, assumptions and sources. Profit is not cash.

  2. Company and process map

    Teams, owners and flows. Process sheets with inputs, outputs, steps, tools, rules, exceptions and controls.

  3. Finance-led EOS

    Vision, responsibilities, weekly Scorecard, 90-day Rocks and issues linked to the financial model.

  4. Employee action plans

    For every employee: tasks, instructions, priorities, information, dependencies, timelines and completion criteria.

  5. Improvement roadmap

    What to change or retain; estimated benefits, assumptions, costs and risks.

Use the dossier to train your team, delegate clearly, take it to another consultancy or hire the right people. You are not obliged to execute the plan with ORBITRON.

EOS serves the financial core.

EOS —Entrepreneurial Operating System— provides six perspectives: vision, people, data, issues, process and traction.

Responsibilities and processes

Shared goals, clear roles and documented procedures. Identify, discuss and solve issues —IDS— before automating.

Weekly Scorecard

Margins, cash and activity connected: indicators with a formula, owner, source and target. A weekly review to make decisions using data.

Quarterly Rocks

Priorities for 90 days, with an owner and completion criteria, broken down into team tasks.

We deliver the management foundation and plan. This is not a full EOS implementation: executing the plan is a later phase. AI only where it adds value.

Before booking

Clear scope for both sides.

During discovery we check size, complexity, access and team availability to deliver the blueprint and plan for every employee in a month. Processes, available data, projection horizon and team commitments are agreed in writing. Projections depend on assumptions, not guaranteed outcomes.

You pay for the blueprint and documentation, not for a recommendation to implement. The conclusion may be not to invest. Freed-up hours are not automatically cash savings.

What happens if we do not implement?

You still receive the analysis, documentation and action plan. Apply it with your team, choose another provider or hire people. There is no obligation to continue or buy technology from us.

How long does each stage take?

The operating blueprint takes 1 month. Transformation timelines are agreed later, only if it is necessary and you decide to continue.

Is implementation included?

No. The €1,950 covers the operating blueprint and its five deliverables. If implementation makes sense, you receive a separate quote with scope, timelines and acceptance criteria.
